Challenge: The client was struggling to differentiate their "minimalist" bag collection in a saturated European market. Standard black or silver zippers looked too "industrial" and didn't match their vibrant, youthful brand identity.
After consulting with the Shenzhen Jincheng Hardware design center, we proposed a strategic shift in their hardware selection.
We implemented two distinct sizes to ensure both aesthetics and durability:
#3 Rainbow Nylon Zipper: Selected for internal pockets and small cosmetic pouches. The #3 gauge offers a delicate, slim profile that doesn't bulk up the small bags while providing the signature iridescent glow.
#5 Rainbow Nylon Zipper: Used for the main exterior closures of laptop sleeves and handbags. The #5 gauge provides the necessary tensile strength for daily use while maximizing the visual impact of the "rainbow" teeth.
Unlike cheap alternatives where the rainbow effect flakes off, our Rainbow Teeth Chain uses a high-vacuum plating process. This ensures:
